Once a service is booked and confirmed, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to the type of service, location, or package details. Please ensure all details are finalized and accurate before booking.

Acknowledgment

Liability Release

Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the environment where the shoot takes place. TaeeDaProducer Studios will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the session or event. The client assumes responsibility for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or releases for the location.

Equipment and Property Safety

Any damage to TaeeDaProducer Studios equipment caused by negligence, mishandling, or unsafe conditions during a session or event will be charged to the client. Clients are required to provide a safe and secure working environment.

Right to Refuse Service

TaeeDaProducer Studios reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate conditions arise during a booking. In such cases, deposits and fees will not be refunded.

Weather or Environmental Conditions

In cases of inclement weather or unsafe environmental conditions, TaeeDaProducer Studios reserves the right to reschedule the shoot for safety reasons. Every effort will be made to find a mutually agreed-upon alternative date.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by TaeeDaProducer Studios is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, editing, or reproduction of the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Payment and Late Fees

Full payment must be made according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional fees, and no content will be released until balances are cleared.

Confidentiality Clause

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the booking or production process.
